A man is out on bond on a second-degree robbery charge after allegedly stealing another man’s bicycle.
Shannon Haleolani Pua, 40, Kailua-Kona, was arrested at 3:25 p.m. Friday for an incident that happened at 8:23 a.m. Thursday.
Pua allegedly took, by force, a bicycle from another man, aged 45.
The victim did not report injuries in the incident.
The bike was valued at $49.43.
Pua was arrested later because he and the victim were acquaintances.
